Not an Honest Dealership. They won’t Honor their sales Adverts. Also can’t detail a vehicle. Salesman would not enter correct pay off estimate, and when provided with accurate 14 days pay off: they did not correct pay off. Went back 2 months later. Had a flat tire, off all days when I had a Doctors appointment at the VA. Per Sales Manager, Spare Tire is Optional. This Dealership charges the customers Dealer Prep Fee’s. We paid to have it detailed, replace windshield, and program spare Keyfob and cut key. In 40 plus years off buying and trading vehicles, I have never experienced this treatment. More

I was contacted by this dealer today regarding a Kelly Blue Book (KBB) cash offer that I placed. Mind you, they called me pretty much bagging me to come to thief store first because they could provide me Blue Book (KBB) cash offer that I placed. Mind you, they called me pretty much bagging me to come to thief store first because they could provide me the cash offer of $12,800 if my 2009 Infinity G37 checked out as I had described on KBB. Well my car checked out as described and was told how nice of a car it was but they offered me $8,000. Left their facility and went across the street to EchoPark and lo and behold I received a check for $12,800. If a dealer is going to use the KBB cash offer program they need to honor that estimate provide vehicle inspection reveals what was disclosed. Very dishonest people working here who are obviously praying on people who they think are desperate to sell. KBB will be made aware of the behavior as well. One dealership that I will drive on to that’s for sure. More
Brought my GMC in for an oil change and tire rotation. 2.5 hours later I’m still waiting for the truck. I was on time and told maybe 1.5 hours total.
