On 1 -12 23 I purchased a 2018 f150 from Chevrolet of Bessemer Owned by Step one automotive group. In the negotiation of the financing I noticed an extra change I had not seen before or asked for . I questioned the sales rep Shirley about it and she said it was put on all cars they sell and had already been applied to the truck without my asking . I asked why if they did that it was not just calculated in the price of the vehicle and not an extra charge . She told me it was the new Step one auto policy . At this time they had already pulled my credit and I wanted the truck so I purchased it. The dealer neglected to register the warranty with permaplate and have been giving me the round around ever since January about its status I have send emails to rpollard@steponeauto.com, cferguson@steponeauto.com, rcromer@steponeauto.com, sgrayson@steponeauto.com and got no reply. I have called permaplate and they have no record of the truck or the warranty being filed . I would like confirmation that it has been filed and I can use the policy or refunded my money. More
