Disrespectful This was by far the worst experience I have ever had. I am active duty military and was treated with disrespect by a "fill in" finance rep from Ft Walton, Jeff, and the actual finance rep Jay. I came in just wanting an appraisal on my Jeep and end up being interested in a vehicle because the two sales reps were amazing. We had talked some numbers and Jay had asked if I would "consider" the deal if he threw in free oil changes, tire rotations Fir three years AND gap insurance. I told him that was a great deal but after being there for 5 hrs, I had asked if I could take my daughter home and discuss it with my husband and see what we come up with. He said of course and that he would need to do the same thing. I asked him if we came back, would that offer still be good... The oil changes, tire rotations and gap and he said YES. Well after looking hard and long and discussing things over, we felt the price they were asking was a little steep for a car that was ready a year old (it was not used just a 2015). And they assured me that all discounts were applied to the price to include my military discount (that apparently was advertised to the public to later find out they in fact did NOT give me that because they said the 500 off did not apply to the 2015 models when their website site says it does). We discussed more numbers and agreed on an out the door price. Which in fact is never an out the door price. They brought me back to Jeff who had prepared my paperwork. I had told Jeff what Jay and I had discussed about the oil changes etc and he said he could not give that to me as he wasn't sure how he would show that. He told me to just come in the next day and Jay could reprint the co tract to show it. I also had the manager come back to hear that as a witness. After realizing I did not need the tire warranty he instantly changed his tone. Kept talking over me even while I was trying to make a call to see if it was worth it. He must of said he didn't care what I did and that he would just take it off about 20 times but then He complained about having to reprint 3 pages and told me if money was the issue in my monthly payment, it was only going to change by like $10. After I told him money was not the issue, that I was the person buying a 32k dollar car, he then preceded to tell me "HE DIDNT CARE WHAT I DID BECAUSE IT WAS NOT LIKE HE WOULD EVER SEE ME AGAIN AFTER THIS". How is that good customer service?? So the next day I go back, leave work early again to discuss the deal, get a few questions answered and see about the deal he had offered me. Well.... He said yes he knows he offered that to me but no he was not going to honor it. He said that since I negotiated a different price, his offer no longer stood. The funny thing is... He NEVER told me that the night prior. And the night prior a price was never discussed. The interest rate and payments were... But absolutely no price was ever given to me. He led me to think I would get that deal because he wanted my business. He later told me the only reason why he offered that to me was because he already PUT IT in the deal... He added the numbers in so I would be paying for it anyways. What kind of practice is that? I was so upset that I was looking for ways to return it. You treat your military that way and the public that way. Why? That is aweful. I would have been fine if he would have been honest with me the first day and tell me the offer wasn't going to be good if we didn't take it for whatever price he wanted. Fine.. I'm okay with that and that WOULD have been the price I paid. But to just flat out not say that is not good practice. I am still upset about this, my husband has gone down and tried to get answers, and recorded the conversation. He blatantly said he did not tell me prices but offered me the deal. He said it more than once. When asked to have the manager call, he said okay but he himself called (Jay) not the manager to again say he couldn't do anything but offered the maintenance plan. No, you disrespected me, and my family. Poor poor poor service and I will make it known because nobody else should have to feel this way, of being taken advantage of. Please please if the public reads this make sure you get everything in writing, read the contract and be firm. I really wish I would of walked out.. More

Not pushy or high pressure like a lot of other dealers. I had contacted him via the website to begin with, and he provided me with all the information I asked for before I visited the dealership. These guys have earned a customer for life, and I would recommend all my friends to LCDJ Crestview. More

An excellent, easy experience I had scouted out the internets, spotted the deals at Lee, and dragged my SO up to Crestview (much to her chagrin). I was unsure about some of the details this model had, however Robert was there to answer every question I had. The staff wasn't pushy when I needed a moment to think about my options, and the finance manager was more then helpful when it came that part. I recommend this dealership to everyone I know. I won't buy a car anywhere else. More

Left with new vehicle that day without paying a dime. After two weeks they called to collect the $2000 and threatened to hold and cancel my tags if I didn't pay. I had no intentions and made it very clear that I did not want to give them any money down. I had no choice but to pay cause it was in the contract. Told them they could just have the car back and they refused to work with me. You can read better business bureau report on the entire situation and the correspondence between us. Since then the person who worked my deal has been fired cause of the unprofessionalism. He even called and texted me multiple times harassing me about the poor rating I gave him and the staff for what had happened. Poor poor sad example of a customer service driven business. This all happened at the Crestview dealership. If you want a dodge Chrysler or jeep don't go there! More
