I took my 2019 Jeep Latitude on 05/23/2022 to be inspected for a knocking sound/rattle. The noise was pointed out to my salesman Jamieson when I purchased the vehicle (in late February). Per my salesman, the vehicle was checked the night I purchased it and nothing was found to be wrong. On the 24th I was told it was a broken strut, the next day "an adjuster" came out and it was found to be two broken brackets that hold my exhaust in place. I was told that the Platinum warranty I was sold did not cover this and my vehicle would have to be sent to a Body Shop to be fixed. The parts department offered to order said brackets for me (to the tune of $69 a piece), but stated that they would not be able to attach them to the vehicle they "supposedly inspected" when I purchased the vehicle. I was then told that the diagnostic reading that was performed on my Jeep was not covered by my warranty and would run me $171.19. A diagnostic reading should not have been required to note that two brackets were broken/missing that hold up the exhaust on said vehicle. This dealership is shady and will do anything to price gouge customers to pad their pockets. More

If I could give this dealer zero stars I would. I sold my vehicle to them and they have not paid me, but already sold the vehicle. I don't normally post comments, but I had such a positive experience with Chrysler Dodge Ram of Crestview that I feel I need to mention them. I am from South Florida and had been searching for the l positive experience with Chrysler Dodge Ram of Crestview that I feel I need to mention them. I am from South Florida and had been searching for the last 4 months for a specific Dodge Ram Limited. Upon finding the truck at their dealer, via the internet, I requested the information and its availability. Wyatt, the New Cars Sales Director, immediately responded to my request and provided not only the information but also had one of his team members Mike, assist me in previewing the truck via facetime...while it was raining mind you. After confirming it was the vehicle I was looking, Wyatt conducted all the negotiations with me and got me approved providing me with the numbers breakdown. After verbally agreeing to the numbers, I advised him I was going to fly in on following Saturday to sign the documents and drive my truck back down to South Florida (700 + miles). Wyatt stayed in constant communication with me over the next couple of days and even offered to pick me up from the airport in Pensacola (45mins away from his dealership). Wyatt assured me that everything would be ready to go upon my arrival . To my delight, not only was the truck parked up front , detailed, wheels shined, it even had a FULL tank of gas ( very rare nowadays). He had Mike go over the truck with me and then straight to their finance manager who had everything all ready for me to sign. No exageration, I was in and out of there in less that 40 mins . I commended Wyatt, Mike, the Finance Manger and the rest of their staff who were all involved in making this a seamless transaction from start to finish. Lastly and probably one of the most important aspects was that there were no games with pricing or added dealer fees that I got the run around with many other places I went to. In short , a big THANKS to Wyatt and all the staff at Chrysler Dodge Ram Crestview. More

Would not recommend the dealership to anyone. Had appointment set up for 7 AM the week before last, and they told me no problem it was to add a dealer code for an oem trailer hitch that was installed appointment set up for 7 AM the week before last, and they told me no problem it was to add a dealer code for an oem trailer hitch that was installed to my jeep. I dropped it off at 7AM they told me no problem and they were going to activate a wiring harness as well to enable the brake lights. I called around 11AM to check up on the vehicle and the service advisor told me they were "busy", but said it'd be done before the end of the day cause one of the tech's had it and was looking into getting it done. I call at 4 thinking I can come pick it up before 6 and they tell me they aren't going to get to it today, but could leave it and they could get to it sometime that week... Please tell me how I'm going to leave my car/transportation for a solid week for someone to turn a code on to enable brake lights... I showed up to pick up the car and the service guy told me that he was brand new which is fine, and he said the service manager was brand new as well and had no clue what he was doing and couldn't get the wiring harness to work. I asked for my key's as they said they didn't know how to enable it or add the dealercode... No apologies nothing just the "we are busy". DO NOT SET APPOINTMENTS if you cannot keep your commitments. If there was 0 stars I'd gladly rate you this just for the lack of care. Also I asked for a manager but the guy said he was too busy to talk and that he'd get back with me eventually. Been waiting on a call for two weeks still nothing. More
