They were rude, dismissive, and only able to provide excuses instead of solutions. Not only have these two inspired me to take my car an additional 20 miles out of my way from here on, they have also made me reconsider ever buying a new vehicle again. After several voice/text messages (they text you and then never respond), I had to call directly for any information on my car that would not start after it had been towed and parked in their lot for 48 hours. I was asked rudely if I “had made an appointment.” When I’ve been out of a vehicle for three days of tough twelve hour shifts I don’t need a condescending tone. Loaners were never offered and upon asking I was told were flat out unavailable. I was also told they were booked for weeks and might get to my towed in vehicle if someone cancelled in that time frame. When I called to figure out my options with a manager, Rebecca told me to hold while her boss was in the phone with Chrysler for me. “Mike” then picked up and didn’t even know what I was talking about in regards to calling Chrysler. It seems like the default here is to lie in order to distract the customer. After several more calls that went nowhere, I decided to get my car towed to a real shop. I recommend Baiers Auto Time down the street if you have issues. Brad will talk to you like a human being and tell you what is going on with your vehicle without needing two weeks. I will never return and will pass this info on to my friends on base. More

Warrantee Service I was very impressed with Mike (I don't remember his last name) who coordinated the service to me. He was efficient and friendly. He kept me informed of progress during the oil change and repair of the right rear door. Unfortunately, the key fob needed to be replaced and there wasn't another in stock. When it came in he let me know and my return visit was handled efficiently, again, and I was on my way. All told it was a pleasant experience, including the wait your visitor lounge, thanks largely to prompt help from Mike. Jake Huffin is Awesome! When my wife and I entered the dealership, my wife was feeling dizzy so she sat down at the nearest location. She has health issues that she battles on a daily basis. Jake saw that my wife seemed to be having some discomfort and came to check on her. He assisted us in finding a vehicle after ensuring my wife was ok. He was extremely patient with us and we had given him a list of about 6 vehicles to look at. He pulled the first car up to the front so my wife didn’t have to walk far. As we walked outside, I noticed a Jeep Compass in my wife’s favorite color. She instantly fell in love and the rest is history. Jake made us feel comfortable right from the beginning all the way through to the end. He even reached out to us a couple days later to ensure we were satisfied. Awesome job, Jake! On a side note, most of the management could learn a thing or two from Jake concerning how to deliver excellent customer service. If it wasn’t for Jake, we would have walked. The management caused us to waste 6-1/2 hours there while they tried to figure out how assist us without actually speaking to us. However we were so happy with Jake, we went back and purchased a used vehicle from him also. As long as Jake is employed there, we will continue to work with him. More

Not only was my truck immediately repaired but the oil was changed, water pump replaced (due to recall), all additional recalls complied with, and my truck completely ready to go for an upcoming trip.
