I always hope to get picked up by him, as he delivers me to a arranged doctor's appointment or back to the motel ,or shopping at Dick's Sporting Store. I must share, at my last Service visit, the Service Agent seemed a little uptight/anxious for some reason; I feel you were possibly under staffed that morning and seemed worried about getting customers attended immediately?
