Things started off very well and then proceeded to go wrong very quickly once the paperwork was signed off of. Then the customer service went way down. And when I tried to follow up with questions after my purchase and I contacted Tom. He proceeded to get very nasty on the phone and also told me that "if I wanted things to be perfect, I should have purchased a New Vehicle and not a Used Vehicle." This despite the fact that Toyota states on their website that when you purchase a "Certified" Used Toyota it is to be as good as new. We purchased our vehicle in July and are still trying to get things resolve and it is now September. Come on really????? You have to be joking right? NO, unfortunately, I AM NOT!!!!!!!!!! More
