I drive from Las Vegas to service my 300,000 mile Camry hybrid. I would not trust anyone else. Kale talks me through what needs to be done and what can wait. My vehicle is still going because of the amazin hybrid. I would not trust anyone else. Kale talks me through what needs to be done and what can wait. The right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing especially in Brian's (sales group supervisor) case. Those salespeople that he supervises treats the customer with courtesy, honesty, and respect. Co especially in Brian's (sales group supervisor) case. Those salespeople that he supervises treats the customer with courtesy, honesty, and respect. Completely opposite to his approach. Pridefully he says everything he does is honest when he doesn't even know the conversation that took place last night nor this morning between the customer and the sales person. And doesn't bother to tell them the car has been sold. How can you backup your salesperson in commitments they make with a customer when you don't even let them know the car has been sold. This poor rating is compliments of Brian and he needs to go back to basic training when it comes to customer service and backing up his sales people. More
This a mixed review of my recent visit, I was able to schedule an appointment to get my truck in for its 20K mile service on the same day during a short stay in St. George which was great. The service st schedule an appointment to get my truck in for its 20K mile service on the same day during a short stay in St. George which was great. The service staff I worked with was nice and they got my truck in right away and the overall service took about an hour and I was on my way. Later that afternoon I noticed the tires didn't get rotated and this is a normal routine for the dealer that I've been going to in Colorado to do this on every service so far. I opened the hood and also noticed the fluids didn't get topped off and for the 20K mile service the cabin air filter is supposed to be replaced. I went to the cab and pulled it out and it didn't get changed and was filthy. All the paperwork I received back from them showed everything on the truck looked great. I had my doubts and started questioning if the oil was changed and if my truck was even looked at or if was put on a lift and set there for an hour. I had to take it back the next morning which delayed my travel plans and I received an apology and an excuse that tech students were working on my truck and may have missed some things. I'm glad they are helping out local students but I would prefer that a fully trained professional conduct the service or at least supervise those students during the service process. I was assured the oil was changed and they got my truck in within minutes and rotated the tires, replaced the air filter and topped off the fluids and I received an additional apology before leaving the dealership. Hopefully they'll get this fixed as I'm wondering what else was missed on my truck and the other cars and trucks that were in for recent service. More

Appointment 12 pm Thursday May 6. Was referred to one of the outside service consultants. Sorry but I don’t recall his name, it is none of the service consultants shown on the Stephen Wade Toyota Service pa the outside service consultants. Sorry but I don’t recall his name, it is none of the service consultants shown on the Stephen Wade Toyota Service page. I told him I was there for a 40k service plus I wanted a thorough drive train inspection. He acknowledged that he seen that in the notes section of the appointment I had made. In there it also stay the TPMS was not working. I did not specifically point this out because he stated those items in the notes would be addressed. No sense quizzing him. When he was closing out the ticket going over what was done he never mentioned the TPMS. I asked if it had been fixed. He stated that as long as the tire pressure was at 36 psi the warning light would stay on. I asked if the tire pressure’s were now visible on the dash display. He stated he did not know this was a problem. I pointed out that I had made mention of it in the notes section. He stated that he did not see that and apologized. I find it very troubling that a key safety feature was not inspected even after I had noted it was not functional. What purpose does the notes section serve. He told me to schedule another appointment and they would troubleshoot the problem. I feel this service consultant was more interested in completing paperwork than addressing customers concerns. More
