I have to admit it was a pretty smooth experience. Once I started talking to some of the staff I realized how about business they were and I could appreciate that. I gave it a 5 star because I came in for a recall part and at first I was charged for the recall but the person who writes up payments called the person behind the service desk and they fixed it pretty quick and we laughed about it.
