Dealership was great, salesman Neal Little had my new 2026 GMC Serria 1500 Elevation ready to take a test drive when I got there and I picked it up the next day. The sales team was very good. I brought my 22 at4 in because I thought the transmission was going out. They said they couldn’t figure it out so they wouldn’t fix it under my ext I brought my 22 at4 in because I thought the transmission was going out. They said they couldn’t figure it out so they wouldn’t fix it under my extended warranty. I literally bought a new truck that day and while I was signing papers the salesman called the service dept and asked what codes it gave. Turns out a max flow air sensor tripped and eventually reset itself. Service fept said that could make the truck misfire. 0/10 for service dept. I bought a new truck because of their awful lack of communication. Highly disappointed in the service team is an understatement!!! I had no intention of buying a new truck and turns out my old truck was fine. They just didn’t let me know that. More
