I have never experienced service this poorly. Both myself and the dispatcher (their employee) were ignored as we actively asked for assistance getting my vehicle serviced. There were no cars or other customers waiting and at least 6 employees sitting there not responding while we both were asking if someone could assist. If I didn’t covertly video it, I would find it hard to believe. After 1:54 minutes elapsed all while the dispatcher said, “please guys, the customer is standing here watching,” an employee realized I was recording and asked if I had been helped. You spend a lot of time waiting for service to be completed, including an oil change. Left vehicle overnight got back about 4p the next day. Said there were no issues.
