The service department lags behind, is not honest about their timeframes. Do not update customers when times will run 30min + over the projected time. And most likely are barely starting to service your car. This is all for a scheduled appointment for an oil change. I'm looking to buy a new car this 2025. This will be my 3rd Chevy, from this location. The customer service at the service center has gotten worse year after year. And they seem to not care. I want to have my car serviced where I purchase it from. And the service center is making me reconsider choosing this dealer a 3rd time. More
