We thought that we needed actual work done on it only to find out that the previous company that did the last oil change did not pu truck’s concerns. Almost two hours for a oil change and tire rotation. Plus, $116 for those two things is absolutely ridiculous. Furthermore, the staff is incompetent and slow. This is the 3rd time I’ve brought my 4 month old truck in for the same issue (Radio audio shuts off constantly). The service advisor seemed pretty incompetent when it came to solving the problem.
