Almost two hours for a oil change and tire rotation. Plus, $116 for those two things is absolutely ridiculous. Furthermore, the staff is incompetent and slow. I own three vehicles and my Nissans are serviced at Tom Peacock Nissan where service is performed in less than an hour AND the tire rotation is included with the service price. $16.99 for a tire rotation? No thanks. After 10 years of Munday Chevrolet aka Sterling McCall Chevrolet, time for a new place. No thanks. More
This is the 3rd time I’ve brought my 4 month old truck in for the same issue (Radio audio shuts off constantly). The service advisor seemed pretty incompetent when it came to solving the problem. Hands down the best customer service I have ever with a vehicle servicing. Alberto Perez has been the best technician and Sterling McCall has been the best place to take my vehicle. Previously I have dealt with other Chevy dealerships in the area but I’ve ever had any that have been so communicative and upfront on everything. I received text updates and calls every step of the way and I was even offered arrangements to pick up my car if I didn’t have a ride. If you want a competent, upfront and courteous service technician it is Alberto Perez. I can’t thank you enough! More

The service department is terrible. They do not answer the phone ever. They are so unorganized, it’s maddening to see…. I don’t think I will ever come back. This morning I waited for a long time to get my car checked in and I was very graceful but I called from work and couldn’t get a straight answer from anyone on where my truck was or if it was ready. Today my wife and I were attended by two vendors, Mr. Kevin González and Gerardo Flores, because of Mr. Flores and his lack of credibility (LIAR) and incompetence I could not make the purchase today and Kevin González and Gerardo Flores, because of Mr. Flores and his lack of credibility (LIAR) and incompetence I could not make the purchase today and they had us for 4 hours . . in the dealer without resolving anything; It should be noted that my wife has a score of 685. Mr. Flores told me that the credit to my wife had been approved and later Mr. González arrives and tells me that the credit was not approved, alleging that there were differences in money and that since my wife does not have a license, that is why they do not approve the amount requested. He also told me that they had not run the credit, when I got home I saw that they had run it with several banks, denying the possibility with the bank of my choice. More
