I was shopping online and found my dream car via the website. I then called to inquire about the vehicle and was put with used car sales agent, Arturo Nieto. Arturo was the absolute worst sales person I’ve ever experienced. He was extremely rude and unpleasant. His only goal is to hurry and put you in the car for his commission. I was seconds away from going to another dealership just based on his horrible customer service. Luckily, I loved my car. My new vehicle also received a poor detail job. I drove straight off of the lot to a detail shop and they made the car look like new like the dealership was suppose to. More
