I have emailed several times without any response. It does not appear that you want the opportunity to 'fix' this situation...and I'm not sure how you can fix this except some monetary compensation for all the expenses we have incurred due to the vehicle being in such poor shape when we purchased it.

I did eventually get a call back to come in only to be told the problem was unrelated to the service I received (in which I don't believe) and given a repair quote of 800.+. I will just stick to the plan of no more Chevrolet and no more Chevrolet Service.
