I went for Oil change and fluid check , when I back home I checked the fluids level it was very low , when I call the customer service the representative didn’t care about my complaint. Highly disappointed in the service I received. Left my car on MLK day for an oil change and clunking noise for my 2024 Palisade Calligraphy. Received the car on 2/5 and the service department knew there was a nail in my side wall and told me it was my “problem” to deal with a flat. My first concern was safety. Why was this not noted in the paperwork for repair or at least fill up the tire with air. 2nd, what kind of 500 point inspection was done after my struts were repaired. My service advisor told me it was not his problem. Appalled and baffled about how they did not care that my tire was flat and wanted me to go home with a flat tire at 7:30pm. Service advisor stated my Tire Warranty was expired. This car is a 2024, how is that possible? When trying to figure out if I can the loaner vehicle back, the service advisor leaves and burns off. Juan, the technician helped me swap the tire out because my jack broke and he went above and beyond to come back the next day to speak with the Service Manager. I can not believe that a dealership would jeopardize the safety of a customer and treat them as if we are nothing. Least to say, I will not be back and will trade in my vehicle. They also stated a knocking sound in my engine, but did not mention to tell me about that sound or concern. Again this is a 2024 Palisade and I have had my car in the shop for a total of over 3 months since I have owned it brand new. Hyundai, please do better. I wish I could rate this a negative. More
