Was very unhappy with the service advisor. (Glen Blankenship) He was poor in communication. Returning my calls was at a very low minimum. I don’t know what was going on with him, one day my daughter and I stop by to see what was going on, services advisor totally ignored us. We went over to the service manager who helped us. In addition, my car was at this dealership for 6 weeks. As of now, just can’t see my self coming back to this dealership location. I’ve used this dealership service before and it was great. It took a while to get the car’s oil change done. But it was busy. It’s like the hospital, hurry up and wait. They should have a small library for customers. The car is running great. My first bad experience was leaving a review after I was asked by the dealerships automated survey. I left a poor review because the agent wasn’t very nice and would get bothered by any question I had. I re asked by the dealerships automated survey. Once the whole thing was done and I was getting ready to pay the agent waited for my father, who was with me, to walk away to finish me off with “ and this time leave me a good review”. I was very offended and appalled by how unprofessional he was towards me. The second bad experience was now after years and their new renovation to their servicing facility. Went in for an oil change, left it for two business days and when I went to pick it up the drivers chair was broken off the track. Had to leave my car to now replace the whole chair. Now I’m left without a car for what they said would be “a couple of more days”. I’m very upset. More
I came back to Sterling McCall after test driving and turning down an offer with another Hyundai Dealer near. I hated being lied to, and getting the run-around at the other dealer. But, I remembered how considerate, honest and pleasant Lisa Priest was a few years ago when I bought from Sterling McCall Hyundai. She showed me the car I asked about, gave me the facts and I bought it. Why would I go anywhere else? She is s a super star. More
