I made am appointment to have a recall for fire hazard completed on my 2013 Hyundai Elantra that I purchased new from Sterling McCall Hyundai. On the first appointment they brought my car in and came bac completed on my 2013 Hyundai Elantra that I purchased new from Sterling McCall Hyundai. On the first appointment they brought my car in and came back stating they do not fuse to address the recall. They then stated brakes are in the yellow and suggest they do full service and brake repair. I know the brakes were still okay and refused the upsell service. At this time rescheduled appointment for the recall. Showed up doe the service and they said they are not able to do the fire hazard recall. They knew prior to both appointments they were not able to perform the service and failed to call me to cancel the appointment. I lost time off work and travel costs and they did not care. My two-star review is based on a poor customer experience during and after buying my car; and the inaction from the car dealer to provide a solution after reporting issues to the car. When I bought the used car, I noticed a small scratch in the front bumper on the right side that I was OK with. Two weeks after, I noticed that the bumper cover came out and had two clips/retainers damaged. I reported to the car dealer the situation and showed him a picture of when I purchased the car that already showed the damage in that area. Long story short, he blamed me and told me that they cannot do anything about it. The other issue was right after I finished the car purchase. When I requested the second car key, the car dealer just offered an apology and let me know that there was not a second key. They should provide that information during the sales process. Customer service My first impression was informality since we had an appointment at 11 AM and when we showed up, the sales representative was assisting someone else. The person who finally helped us was not precise enough when it came to numbers. She was more worried about closing the business than about us as a customer and what we wanted and needed. Nobody offered us a drink or even an extra chair. The finance manager was very impolite, because I decided not to purchase any of the warranties offered. He started acting in a very rude way and kicked us out of his office because we needed to get authorization from our bank to process the transaction. And finally, the car dealer who was going to assist us in the first place, came to shake hands with us, he had trouble finding the car that we traded in and the one that we purchased. So, we had to walk around the parking lot looking for the cars. On the positive side, they were open to negotiate, they brought a car that I was looking to compare from the dealer next to, and they picked up the car title of the car that I traded in at my home. In summary, based on my experience, I would not recommend this dealer. More
The service appointments I had before the dealership moved into this new location were awful. They did the work, but the person that waited on me acted like he was doing me a favor by helping me and was moved into this new location were awful. The waiting area was dirty in the bathrooms were dirty when I went for service. It was like a whole New World. Everybody was polite. Everything was clean and the guy that waited on me was awesome. His name was Glenn, I really felt like I was treated like a good customer. More

Mark and Craig were very friendly and helpful but many of the other service reps are not very good at returning your call or updating you on your vehicle or parts status.
