Johnny Le is the best sales person I've met, he earned my business for his hard work, professionalism and easy to work with. He helped us from the beginning to the end with his knowledge and willingness to h business for his hard work, professionalism and easy to work with. He helped us from the beginning to the end with his knowledge and willingness to help us to get the best deal available in town(I have been to most of the other dealers and got very bad experience). He didn't play games, no trick, no traps, just plain honesty. Best of all, he gave us the best deal over text so we didn't have to go to the dealer to waste hours and hours. Really appreciate that and please keep this trend! As for finance manager, he saved us more while also trying to sell some extended service which we don't need. He did push a little but we rejected, though I can see his disappointment on his face, still he didn't push too much. Overall, the process is simple and smooth. Great experience there and highly recommend. More

My experience at the dealership was great, to say the least. First up, I got a really good deal on the new Ioniq. My initial conversation with Antonio started off by him getting an idea of what I wanted. least. First up, I got a really good deal on the new Ioniq. My initial conversation with Antonio started off by him getting an idea of what I wanted. I already had a good deal in hand, but Antonio put together a very strong competitive offer that could not be refused. We had a back-and-forth multiple times because I had so many questions (especially since I was doing the deal remotely from somewhere else). I was concerned about certain things, such as them not holding their word when it came to my trade-in value and that I would lose a perfectly good deal that I had in my hand. Antonio assured me that nothing of the sort would happen, and they would honor the value they offered me. My sales rep Danual Kerry was present most of the time to answer my questions and send me all the information that I needed. My experience inside the dealership when I went to finalize the deal was absolutely smooth and painless. My last experiences in dealerships weren't so great, especially considering a few of them had used the good 'ole bait-and-switch after making me drive and hour each way. The finance manager Robert Denaro was just a pleasure to work with. He explained all my options to me, never pushed or upsold anything and presented facts to me. All in all, it was a very pleasant experience and something that made my life very easy. I would definitely recommend Sterling McCall Hyundai to anyone who asks me. More
