First of all my name is Terry Jensen. Anyway, we had a pretty good experience only thanks to the salesman named Andy, if it wasn’t for him, we would have cancelled the entire deal. When the Palisade was ready to go, we checked the operations of the vehicle and found that the third seat was not working properly, Technician told Andy to tell us that we would have to go ahead and leave with the car and have our local dealership where we live 65 miles away work on it. We were NOT leaving with a new broken vehicle! The technician hadn’t even looked at it, so while all the powers that be were scrambling around aimlessly, Andy took it upon himself to check under the rear seats and discovered a wiring connection that had either come loose or was never plugged in correctly, he corrected this and all was good!! We were very greatfull for Andy going above and beyond his assigned job title! One last item to mention is we wish the Salesman would have warned us about the prices of the additional warranties we incurred when setting up financing. Maybe the Salesman would have dropped the price even further in order to make the sale. We guess that is a lesson well learned for next time. More
