Sin importarles todas las garantías que pago de ese carro igual me cobraron el servicio. Desde ese momento quede muy muy descontenta por eso inconveniente porque si en 5 meses de haberla comprado aparecen unos cables que no son originales que puedo esperar mas adelante pueda salir a una camioneta que supuestamente esta certificada por Hyundai para poder venderla sin ningún desperfecto. After only 3-4 months of use, my car's engine broke down, and the problems began. First and foremost, the service center took my car in for testing, which lasted an excruciating two weeks. During this time, I was not provided with a substitute car, leaving me without transportation. This lack of courtesy and consideration for customers was deeply disappointing. Once they finally identified the issue, I was informed that the engine needed replacement, and it would be covered by Hyundai. However, what was initially promised to take two months ended up dragging on for an agonizing four months. This delay caused significant inconvenience and frustration in my life. To make matters worse, I recently discovered that the air intake hose was damaged during the engine replacement. I promptly brought my car in for service last Friday, with the expectation of a response by Monday. However, as of Wednesday, I am still waiting for a call from the service advisor. My repeated attempts to reach out to the service center have gone unanswered, and I have received no callbacks. The lack of communication and disregard for my time and convenience has left me incredibly upset and frustrated. I depend on my car for daily activities, and the fact that Sterling McCall Hyundai has not provided a substitute vehicle during this ongoing ordeal is a clear lack of integrity and customer care. I sincerely hope that my situation can be resolved promptly, but my experience thus far has left me questioning the level of service and professionalism at Sterling McCall Hyundai. Customers should not have to endure such frustration and inconvenience when dealing with a reputable dealership. How much longer will I have to wait for my car to be properly serviced? More

I’ve previously had issues when I’ve come to fix my car at this Hyundai dealership, but today my experience was exceptional! I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment and was greeted by Fred Leber. He at this Hyundai dealership, but today my experience was exceptional! I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment and was greeted by Fred Leber. He asked me a couple of questions about my vehicle and the service I was receiving today. He took my car in and told me it would be about a 2-hour wait. The dealership’s waiting room was very clean and comfortable. They have an area where they have complementary coffee and two vending machines. They also have very clean restrooms. After 2-hours, I received a text message notifying me that my vehicle was ready for pick up and all the further instructions on how to retrieve my vehicle. Everyone from the valet to the service consultant and the cashier were very nice and polite. I only had one issue with a woman that I believe might have been training in the valet department. She gave me very snappy attitude when they made her go get my car where ever she parked it when she gave me my keys. It was nowhere near the pickup area. She was unaware of the procedures so I completely understood. The head valet apologized and I went on my way. Again, this dealership is a hit-or-miss. Sometimes they’re professional and get the job done, but sometimes they can be rude and completely disorganized. Good luck setting up an appointment as well. More
