I feel like they can get service done and that I can trust their technicians to do what is requested to the vehicles, but I can't ever get a copy of my multi point inspection from them. The service department is unparalleled in its ineptitude. Your calls will go unanswered and messages will be unreturned. If you physically show up to request an update, your service advisor will tell you they don’t know if any work has been done or when it will get done. Not all of the issues with your vehicle will be worked on or even addressed. I was once quoted $1000+ for a headlight replacement, when all I asked was for a bulb to be changed. Once the warranty company denied the repair, the technicians tirelessly conducted additional forensic investigations to ultimately reach the conclusion that I needed a…new bulb. The managers are shrug emojis in human form. The cappuccino machine does makes a nice latte and should probably be promoted to supervisor. More

Let me just say I was quoted $1700 for a bunch of stuff I didn’t ask for, want or need. I approved what I initially asked for which should have cost at most $500. but was ultimately charged $1377.80.
