I had purchased a 2023 Hyundai Elantra Limited form you guys on the 18th of January 2025 and the guy who did our deal, Rodger lied to both me and my mom when we were signing the paper work and due to this guys on the 18th of January 2025 and the guy who did our deal, Rodger lied to both me and my mom when we were signing the paper work and due to this lie he gave us, the bank had voided the loan and now I’m out of a car yet again. And because of your employees screw up we have to pay the price since now we can’t get approved for another deal. We shouldn’t be paying the price for someone’s else’s mistake. And a heavy price at that. I went back and forth literally dozens of times trying to get everything rectified and nothing was solved. All I kept getting from your finance team was “ I can’t do anything about it “ like this is absolutely ridiculous dude. There’s a reason why everyone told me not to buy from you guys and I should have listened. I understand Rodger is no longer with you guys but we still shouldn’t be paying the price for your mistake. And now we can’t get to work since you guys took the car away from us. Is this really how you want to run a business? Having employees lie to their customers to get deals out the door? Some really shady business practices. I have been very compliant and maintained my composure. But enough is enough and now it’s too late since you guys took the car back on false pretenses that YOUR business told us. More
