Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’d like to clarify our findings to ensure an accurate understanding of the inspection. Our team thoroughly evaluated your vehicle, including a 15-mile road test. The suspension “clunk” you reported could not be duplicated under normal driving conditions. It only occurred when the vehicle was driven in an extreme manner, which is outside intended operation, and no manufacturer-related defect was confirmed. Regarding the brake concern, no noise was present during the ride-along with our service manager. When the technician later heard a noise, he reported it immediately so it could be properly addressed—reflecting the honesty and professionalism we expect from our team. The “abnormal smell” from the exhaust was diagnosed as normal exhaust odor from burnt fuel. No diagnostic trouble codes were found, and no safety issues were present. Our technicians followed all proper diagnostic procedures. While we understand it can be frustrating when a concern cannot be duplicated, we cannot diagnose or repair issues that only appear under extreme conditions.
