Well, if these plans and protection warranty, not aligned with my vehicle that I purchased from you then your sales team or Financing team have shouldn’t sold it to me in the first place if you guys care and believe clear communication is very important to you. Your finance manager was clearly saying it’s not in our control ( to me It means you can’t stop your finance agent from doing that) so it’s a big transparency issue!!!
