The service manager who assisted me exhibited a significa service I received at your facility during my oil change earlier today, April 9th, 2026. The service manager who assisted me exhibited a significant lack of attention to detail. Several of my specific requests were not properly addressed or completed. Furthermore, I was promised a discount that was ultimately not applied to my bill. Unfortunately, this is not the first time I have encountered these issues with this particular individual. As a result of this experience, I feel I must request to work with a different service advisor during my future visits to ensure my vehicle is properly cared for.
