Overall good experience with our salesman James Kim and 2 finance agents, the 2nd one closing out the deal and explaining the extended warranty in the most genuine caring way made me reconsider the extended finance agents, the 2nd one closing out the deal and explaining the extended warranty in the most genuine caring way made me reconsider the extended warranty and I purchased it. Wish I had his name to thank here. The only thing I did not appreciate, which happens with large conglomerate dealerships, is the extra fees for window tint and interior car care for a used car. These things have already been paid for once when the Camry was originally purchased. The used Camry LE I purchased from what I can tell was ordered custom, which means the tint and interior care care package was already figured in...so why would I have to pay it again. I did get the interior care care fee dropped and the tint fee lowered. Also, I did not notice that the car mats were not included until I got home. Again, barely used car with 16,400 miles...where did the car mats go? I'm guessing that is part of the interior car care package fee that I had removed. You think a barely used car would still have the floor mats. Well at least I found a nice rubber trunk liner that came with the car. Next time I will do my research and likey choose a smaller dealership like where I bought my previous used Hyundai Elantra. No extra fees and car mats came with the car and we were in and out quickly. More
