This dealer advertises hassle free experience and I had the complete apposite. When speaking with a Victor over the phone and text this individual did not seem like he wanted to make a sale. It was me calling and texting initiating what can be done. When I then spoke to the manager he seemed more understating until I went to the dealership. Not only did I drive over an hour, but once I arrived I asked to speak to Ryan the manager. He then said hello and told a different sales associate Jalil to take care of us we didn’t hear from Ryan again until he later came by to say congratulations and left. Now, Jalil was amazing he was hands down one of the best sales associates I have dealt with. He gives you great feedback is very respectful and very knowledgeable about the vehicles. If I can rate him in particular I would say 10/10! If trying to get information or buy a vehicle ask for Jalil! In my opinion he was the best out of this dealership and also another Toyota dealership I went to! The finance man Tommy N. that we had to wait for he was fine until I started to ask questions since he was trying to add on packages and increased my payments with out asking me or even explaining it. I had to ask why my payment was going up! Once he fixed it because I declined what he was trying to add on his attitude changed and then he was more bothered than anything. I do believe that he would of just done it if I didn’t ask. I am not a fan of shady-ness! That’s what I got from him. Would I recommend the dealership no, but if you do buy from here go to Jalil and also pay really close attention when going to the finance department as they try to “add on packages” with out explaining things and say I just did it because it’s a good deal! More
