Waited 5 hours for a battery change and oil filter replacement. Different people telling me different things regarding the wait time. Then turns out the battery is not even at the Fort Bend Toyota Gro replacement. Different people telling me different things regarding the wait time. Then turns out the battery is not even at the Fort Bend Toyota Group 1 service center and I’m being told to go to another service center. I told them I’ll wait here for the battery. It honestly took a long time. The saving grace was the device manger who helped discount the battery to beat the rate I was getting else where. More
