Terrible service experience and complete lack of communication at Group 1 Toyota Fort Bend. While the advisor was friendly during check-in, there was zero follow-up afterward. I waited 3.5 hours wit communication at Group 1 Toyota Fort Bend. While the advisor was friendly during check-in, there was zero follow-up afterward. I waited 3.5 hours without receiving a single update or text message, only to discover my car had already been ready after I went to ask around myself. When paying, I purchased the $149 maintenance plan (which covers 3 oil changes and 3 tire rotations), but they tried to charge me separately for the tire rotation on top of the plan cost. The most concerning part was checking my receipt at home: the invoice indicates 0W-8 oil was used on my 2025 Corolla Hybrid instead of the correct oil spec. Poor communication, billing errors, and negligence regarding vehicle maintenance. More
