Poor Commiunication: I came for a maintenance appointment on Tuesday when there was no traffic. My provider was Tariq J. He communicated to me that he was gonna go for lunch. And he was gonna han appointment on Tuesday when there was no traffic. My provider was Tariq J. He communicated to me that he was gonna go for lunch. And he was gonna hand the job off to another coworker. He said the job was gonna take an 1 hour max looking at the low traffic. I asked about the complimentary shuttle, he said for short job like this it wouldn't be given. Quite misleading in my opinion as nothing mentioned that when booking an appointment. Later on, after an hour has passed, still no one has called me. I go up to a worker, and he tells me that your provider is out at lunch and he not updated your tracker. They are about to pull up the car. I am l like perfect! Its been 15 minutes and no one comes up. I go to the cashier and ask about my car, and just any fyi, by this Tariq J. has come back from lunch. I find out the guy he gave the job to forgot about it. The car was waiting outside ready to go and nobody called me. As I meet with Tariq J. and he apologizes for what happened, he tells he will make it up but then said I shouldn't come at that time as people go to lunch at that time. If that is the case, why did yall create a slot for someone to come at that time(12:00 PM)? I hope the next time, someone comes by, whoever the provider will be, is available to do the job and be present the entire time, and that they dont put the blame on the customer who came at that time because first it was available but secondly that was the time that the customer was available. Tariq J. was nice and respectful, but I hope next time you are diligent with your customer and not put the blame on the customer for something they had no control over. More
