Great service when things go bad I have to give the folks here credit where it's due. Had a good buying experience with them. Vehicle pictures online were a fair representation of the condition of the vehicle and didn't try to gloss over dings and scratches. Salesman was helpful and straightforward. Pricing was right for the condition of the truck, too. Quickly settled on a fair price and got the paperwork in order. Less than a week after I got the truck, we felt a slight vibration at low speeds. Took it in and they did what they needed to do to make a decent diagnosis, even taking it to another dealer for a second opinion. They ended up replacing the transmission. They went way beyond the warranty that came with the sale. We really only felt the vibration maybe 10-20% of the time I drove it, so it would have been easy to miss in an inspection and test drive. They also could have denied the issue, but did the right thing and found a good used transmission with less miles than the truck. They had a courtesy car ready to go as well. Truck is running smooth now and I am happy. Even when I was not pleasant to deal with, they were always polite. The true test of customer service is when things go bad.
