I was taken advantage of, overcharged, and outright scammed by Steve Honda Hopkins personnel from the parts department, to the services, including the finance and billing last 3/11/21 and 3/12/21. I visited this dealership's part's department to inquire about a battery replacement for my keyless fob. Instead, their employees sent me to the services department to get a new keyless fob and a new key cut. I waited for over 1 hr. I found out that the new key do not work properly and brought it up to the service manager. parts employee insisted that the key works. I tried it and it does not. Complaint the same day. I was told to come over and get refunded but was continuously given hard time just to get my refund. I have brought up my concerns to the management via their comments page, still waiting for discussion with their senior management who has authority to get action done - resolution. More

He knows his cars inside and out, and took the time to make sure mine was programmed exactly the way I wanted it before I left the lot. He was a pleasure to work with. The finance person, Jose Ochoa, was equally good and worked out the difference in tax between the city and the county (I live in the county which has a 0.5% lower sales tax than the city), saving me some extra cash.
