Service department is a joke! Had to constantly call to get a update on my vehicle. They told me if anything else was wrong they would call to keep me inform department is a joke! They kept blaming the insurance company saying they was waiting on them, but when I would call the insurance company they would have to call the service department to get the information they needed because they didn't send them anything. Sarah Winters is a liar and kept getting a attitude when I would call, she would be mad that my vehicle had been there so long, well if she would do her job then it wouldn't have been there a month! Only reason I had my vehicle sent there was because I usually have good service but I have never used them for a Insurance claim before and will never be back to them again! More

Horrible service, Chrysler Company involved. Lomg story short, we took our jeep in for things that were covered under warranty. Five days later, we had been told they had to keep our jeep and it could not leave their lot, and that they couldn't give us a rental until our repairs were approved. Also told that a guy has to come approve repairs, then when this guy shows up they changed their story to this guy just comes to look at it and then requests approval for repairs. We got tired of it and went down there after having no vehicle for 5 days. When we got down there we tried talking to a service desk person, after she literally told us theres nothing they can do and we cant have our vehicle and that we are S.O.L. (yes she literally said that) we asked for a manager. The manager has us come in his office and tells us we better have a seat and listen up (like we are in trouble or something) then proceeds to tell us we sent going to come in yelling at his employees, and that 3 people said we were yelling at her. I responded with "that's funny because no one else was in her office except us, so who are the 3 that told you that?" To which he ignored us completely and told us "well your not getting your jeep back, we are keeping it for now" and we responded by saying give us our keys or we will have the police department down here to get them for us. This manager argued with us for 20 minutes telling us to call whoever we want but we aren't getting out keys. Long story short, we got our keys and will NEVER be back. We also got our money back for the service charge among other things that chrysler sent us in apology for what had happened. This dealer is known for having horrible service. More

After finding the jeep I wanted advertised by STEVE JONES in the Auto Trader cheaper than anyone else,I called them, I was told that,"yes indeed,the jeep advertised for $34,000 was still available. I asked if they might be interested in trading for my 2008 BMW 650i convertible with extremely low milage. After they wanted to give me only a portion of what my car is worth, I changed my offer to an all cash offer. I OFFERED THEM 34000 DOLLARS for a Jeep they had just told me was still available for 34000 DOLLARS and I was told I did not qualify for all discounts and rebates that it would take to purchase this Jeep for 34000 DOLLARS! WOW! You could have knocked me over with a feather!In my multiple business,if I advertise an item for a price,I'm ready to sell for that price,regardless of method of payment!Later the same day,a sales manager called me to smooth the deal over and his position was the same.HE WAS JUST AS DISHONEST AS HIS SALESMAN! Having owned and operated my own businesses for thirty years, I feel qualified to tell anybody that is reading this review,"THIS IS THE MOST DISHONEST BUSINESS PRACTICE I'VE EVER SEEN and you might want to do your business with a more reputable company. My salesman, Robert Denton was a pleasure to work with. After the expected 8 week wait for my truck to be built, it came in. Right on time. Angel Cadiz tried to raise the agreed upon price by over $4,500! The list price hadn't changed since I placed the order. The incentives hadn't changed since I placed the order. Angel just insisted that he couldn't sell the truck for the agreed upon price. Luckily for me, I had kept copies of all the paperwork and had him initial everything at the time I placed the order for my Ram. There was much arguing back and forth but because I had kept copies of all my paperwork, They finally delivered my truck at the price we agreed on when I ordered. I have bought many new cars and trucks but never met anyone as dishonest as Angel Cadiz. I have never been treated so badly at any place of business. I will never buy another vehicle from Steve Jones as long as he works there. Never. I really like my truck, just will not deal with anyone so dishonest if I don't have to. More

Sales experience great, service swindles you Took Town and Country in for 75000 mile service, change and detailing. Came back with need for alignment, shocks, struts, transmission flush and throttle body service...over $1100. I declined all but alignment, which was a scam. The $99 diagnostic fee, which I was told would be applied to any work done, can't be applied to the alignment. Beware the scam! I drove 50 miles and have been here over six hours. The sales experience was great, but each time service has been an issue. NEVER returning here. More

We have had the oil changed by their service department every time! Today my husband took it in for its routine oil change and tire rotation! It was taking longer then normal, finally they advised that THEY broke one of the locking lug nut! They advised they used a universal because they didn't know where the tool was and never asked where it was! After admitting they broke the nut, a lady assistant manager said they would replace the broken nut, then the head manager came out and said they'd fix it, but we'd have to pay for it! Well they have lost ALL of our business! We planned on buying another vehicle in the future from them, but it won't happen! We also referred many people to Steve jones and we will also advise against it and share our experience! Thanks for your half xxx service! You lost a customer for life! More
