New car experience I was ready to trade back from my Tribecca to an Outback after 4 years with the bigger car. Our son purchased a Crosstrek 2 years ago and had dealt wi I was ready to trade back from my Tribecca to an Outback after 4 years with the bigger car. Our son purchased a Crosstrek 2 years ago and had dealt with Paul. (I went along for the process). So I went back to see him while waiting for service on my Tribecca. Was also drawn by the 0% financing in August. Test drove 2018 Outback and loved being back in that car. (I had given up an Outback for the Tribecca and the need for 3 child car seats). Paul listened patiently to my questions and got answers for all of them. I went back several times before actually making the decision, ending up with the 2018 instead of my original 2017 thought. They gave me a good deal on my Tribecca and made the 2018 purchase possible at a comparable rate to the 2017, even without the 0% which could not apply to the 2018 model All of the gentlemen with whom I worked were great. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a Subaru. More

I only stopped to look! I have been thinking about downsizing from my Chrysler Town and Country for a few months. The Subaru Forester was one of the SUV's on my list to cons I have been thinking about downsizing from my Chrysler Town and Country for a few months. The Subaru Forester was one of the SUV's on my list to consider. I stopped at Steve Lewis to get started on my search. I left 4 hours later with a brand new 2017 Forester. I didn't think I would be able to find a smaller car with all of my "must haves." I was wrong. Eric spent the whole afternoon with me asking questions about what I wanted and answering every question I had...EVERY question. Once Eric was able to actually get me into a car with all my requests (remote start, Sirius Radio, inflatable lumbar, power seats, power liftgate to name a few), Jack stayed after hours to be sure all my paperwork and financial needs were met and complete. Fast forward three days. Now it was Brent's turn to take on the difficult job of explaining a technical car to a non-technical customer. Mission accomplished!! I also spoke with Benny Cruz in customer service who gave me his card and encouraged me to call him for any future needs. Thank you Eric, Jack, and Brent for making what can be a stressful experience an easy one. I plan on keeping Benny's card close at hand. More
