I just bought a 2021 Subaru Forester from Tyler Martin on March 3. He has been excellent with me and it has been a great experience. This is my first Subaru. I came back to see him to pick up a part ordered and to get it put on my vehicle. Tyler did that for me. I had also asked about the wheel locks for the vehicle. I found out they were in stock and to ask service to put them on for me. The gentleman I asked was very short with me and said it was after 5:00 and no one was there to put them on. The time when I looked at me cell phone was 5:02. I had been at the dealership from 4:00 on. This has not left me with a good feeling about your service department. More
