Dealership has been fine to work with. I am pleased with the car, just think maybe I should have gone for the CrossTrek instead of the Forrester. The Forrester is SO MUCH taller!. Bu I am pleased with the car, just think maybe I should have gone for the CrossTrek instead of the Forrester. The Forrester is SO MUCH taller!. But I will give it a year. I selected the Forrester because the 2025 CrossTrek models have QUITE A DROP DOWN at the windshield to fit in their eyesight. It seemed to be blocking my vision, but now that I have the Forrester and see it with the sun shade down, I don't think the CrossTrek would be so bad. My mistake More
One of the best car-buying experiences I've ever had. The sales person we dealt with was very friendly, knowledgeable, and never pressured us. He worked with us to structure the deal we were looking for. The sales person we dealt with was very friendly, knowledgeable, and never pressured us. Always have had a good experience at Moyer Subaru whether it was buying a car or having it serviced. This last visit was no exception: very professional, courteous, and concerned about doing the job correctl it was buying a car or having it serviced. AWFUL EXPERIENCE. I purchased a 2024 Subaru Crosstrek a year ago. I was in service 9 times to get the starling, carplay touch screen to work. They finally replaced I purchased a 2024 Subaru Crosstrek a year ago. I was in service 9 times to get the starling, carplay touch screen to work. They finally replaced the touch screen under my warranty as opposed under their warranty. I was disgusted. This was the 8th Subaru I've owned. I went to get the car serviced and inspected and saw a demo Outback for sale, Red Pearl. I am dis-abled, with a service dog and a Veteran. Amanda said the Service Dog could not ride in the back of the car. She said she would keep my dog who became agitated because it could not go with me. I decided after driving the car I wanted it. The sticker was $32,999. When I sat down with Amanda She said it was $36,999. She had to verify with her manager who never left his deck to greet me, that it was $32,999. I bought my Crosstrek with up grades for $34,000. Carmax offered me $25,500. Moyer said it was only worth $17,000 and the car was average. I recently refinanced the Crosstrek for 84 months at 5.74% from a local credit union . Moyer and Amanda wanted me to take a $9900 hit. Really. You would think that when a dealer sells you a lemon that they would buy the lemon back with its 100,000 mile bumper to bumper electronics warranty. Subaru is no longer a brand to be trusted. Furthermore Amanda was clueless about the $20 service promotion to test drive a car. She also did not give me credit for being a Veteran or $750 credit if I bought a car in 7 days. I have yet to hear from Steve Moyer, Sr as he is too busy. When I contacted Subaru corporate they gave me the run around, again. Remember the battery fiasco, the transmission fiasco or the engine fiasco. There are larger dealers in the area that want my business. Never going back to Moyer. More
