I’ve been a customer for three years. The sales department is fantastic. Service has gone downhill. Paying for work not performed, upselling in customer area, and incompetent service. I had 30,000 mi sev done… everything was supposedly great for over $500. Next oil change went to a competitor and showed basically black and debris covered filters 3 months later? I changed them. Decided to go back to Moyer for oil change…and questioned what encompasses a multi point inspection and filters amazingly covered? Mmmm? Had inspection done at another garage and showed my air filter totally ruined… was it checked or destroyed? Got the usual let us know how we are doing- sent email and requested a call and heard NOTHING! Don’t be fooled by nice talking employees….
