Nate was the person that helped us at the counter. He was rude and gave the impression he didn’t want to help with anything. When we told him we had the premium plan, he told us we were wrong without any further explanation. He then charged us for 2 different types of oils for our oil change. They also didn’t reconnect the tire pressure sensors until we pointed out it needed to be done. We’ll never return to this location or recommend it to anyone else. More
I am very unsatisfied with Ford right now. I have had a recall on my car, which has taken months to get fixed. I called Ford myself to resolve this. Now it needs more parts because My right side panel flew off in December. I shouldn't have to call Ford to resolve to fix this.
