Mike did not communicate to me at any time, it was always me having to call to follow up - where is the Jeep (2 days late on shipping), where is the paperwork and title (sitting on his desk/forgot to send it), where is the check(he collected way too much in taxes and Colorado wouldn't take the check). Poor sales experience I had bought 2 cars from there in the past. Great sales experience and had them serviced there as well. Fast forward to May 2020 and am in the market again. I found the Jeep I wanted in the color I wanted at 3 dealerships. My preference was to buy from Steve White but they really didn't want my business. They told me their sales were too good right now to discount Jeeps but when I has stopped by there were no customers to be found. Another dealer in Cornelius had the exact same Jeep and priced it thousands less and gave me thousands ( yes thousands with an "s") more for my Jeep trade in. And their showroom was full of customers. I've since been driving the Jeep I wanted in the color I wanted and very happy with my new dealer. I'll never use Steve White for sales or service again. They lost a loyal customer. More
