We bargained and negotiated back and forth and finally reached a price that we could agree on. Mike Migirt handled the paperwork quickly and as smooth as pie. Three days later the check engine light came on. I called Migirt and was told to drive it fifty miles and see if it reset. I had the codes checked. EGR VALVE AND TWO TRANSMISSION CODES. I called Migirt back and was immediatly told no worries. They would fix the issues. They scheduled me an appt and was kept up to date on the repair. Which was the EGR valve and the others were stored codes. I offered to pay for the parts, but was told point blank NO!!!! They took care of everything no questions asked. Needless to say I am highly impressed with my entire experience and would recommend this dealership to anyone is an understatement. More

Refused to honor deal after credit pulled & finance approved I contacted Steve White ON Autotrader chat about a Dodge Grand Caravan priced ON Autotrader at $9999. After being directed to fill out a credit applic I contacted Steve White ON Autotrader chat about a Dodge Grand Caravan priced ON Autotrader at $9999. After being directed to fill out a credit application I received an after-hours text confirmation saying verbatim: "We have it approved with $3k down. I done have [sic] the final figures being so late in the day but I do know 100% it's approved. Can I call you around 9:30am tomm?" Now I know my numbers, and the next morning the salesman and manager started quoting monthly payments with/without GAP for the 48 months, etc. All were around $280. With the $9999 price, add 3% tax, title transfer, subtract $3k deposit; you're left with right at $7350 financed at a quoted rate of 23.93%. THAT payment is $239/month. This is when it was revealed that they were assuming their website's price of $10,999 rather than the price on this site where we first made contact. In order to back out of the deal the manager claims the lender is going to "charge them" an $1100 fee if they finance it at $9999, but not if they finance at $10,999. Therefore, in his words, "I'll honor the $9999 price because that was our mistake, but only if you pay cash for it" (knowing I don't have the cash. Otherwise they were going to negotiate in bad faith and force the $10,999 price if I wanted them to honor their original offer. I spoke to Santander (my previous loan was through them). They do not charge dealers fees for pricing cars lower. In fact it is preferable in high-risk situations because there is a higher rate of equity already paid on the vehicle. They had the autotrader.com price changed to $10,999 within an hour of our conversation, but I still got the screenshots showing the $9999 price and text messages confirming financing was done. I would have never had them pull my credit at $10,999. More
OUTSTANDING I bought a 2017 Dodge Charger scatpack. Steve White Motors had THE MOST scatpacks available on their lot than 5 other Dodge dealerships in my area ( C I bought a 2017 Dodge Charger scatpack. Steve White Motors had THE MOST scatpacks available on their lot than 5 other Dodge dealerships in my area ( Charlotte metro ) The car buying experience with Steve White Motors and His staff could not be better! Rodney Hall was my salesman, NEVER ONCE did I feel pressured to buy the two times I visited the dealership, but Rodney stayed with me the entire time and answered every question I had, to help me decided what scatpack would work best for me. Steve White Motors vehicle price was 10 ROUGHLY TEN THOUSAND DOLLARS CHEAPER than any dealership in my area and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP if you're in the market for a Dodge, jeep or Chrysler vehicle! Good deal - poor communication & after sale customer service I learned about this dealership through a car forum I frequent. The deal was easy as much negotiation was not needed. During the deal, the sales per I learned about this dealership through a car forum I frequent. The deal was easy as much negotiation was not needed. During the deal, the sales personnel were slow to respond to emails or text messages. Once the car was delivered, I had an issue and they were extremely slow to rectify it. I even called Dodge Customer Service, who was also no help. I sent many, many emails and text messages to go unanswered. I was so put off by the process that my wife and I decided against buy a Durango and opted for a Highlander. Additionally, they drug their feet transferring my tags and my temporary tag expired. Therefore, I couldn't drive my brand new car. Such a shame. More

Would NEVER recommend this dealership I wish I had a better review to write; but this was the WORST dealership I have ever been too and have had nothing but issues with my brand new Cherok I wish I had a better review to write; but this was the WORST dealership I have ever been too and have had nothing but issues with my brand new Cherokee that I purchased in February 2016. Let's start from the beginning. My husband and I went in to just look for new cars that to purchase for me as we have a baby on the way. We said we were interested in a 4 cylinder because of gas mileage- well the sales person brought a V6 and said I would have the same gas mileage as the 4 cylinder with more get up and go. We got in the car to test drive it- the gas light was on. Instead of putting gas into the vehicle, the sales person had us drive 1.5 miles on our test drive thinking that was enough on our part. My husband fell in love with the looks of the Cherokee- me on the other hand very skeptical. My husband started talking negotiations after we had left and we had verbal/text message pricing and a trade in value for my car I would be trading in. Well, 2 days later due to work schedules and weekends we go in to sign papers. Come to find out- they didn't honor my supplier discount from my work and gave me 750.00 less on my trade in.... oh but they threw in window visors that totaled 150.00! I knew right then and there I should have backed out!!!!!!!! (Strike 1) Here were are 1.5 weeks later and a check engine light comes on saying the start/stop module wasn't functioning properly. We call the service department and they said that it may be just adjusting to my driving habits/ being driven and not sitting on the lot but I should give it a little bit longer and see if it continues to happen. Well I gave it 2.5 weeks and it happened EVERY DAY multiple times a day. Service trip #1- I make an appt and drop it off at 830am. I say I'm not waiting in the Dealership, but I'm waiting for the car to be finished in town because I live almost 30 minutes away. I wait and wait and finally call around 1045 to check the status- no update. I call back at 1115- no update. I finally go up to the dealership and on my paperwork but service advisor (Brooks) had wrote on my paper contact after 1pm!!!!! Um hello, I told you I was waiting for it to be done because I don't live around here. (Strike 2) She then proceeds to tell me that they reflashed the computer but they have to replace a part and it "should be" delivered in less than a week but they will call me to confirm. I schedule an appt to replace the module 2 weeks later just in case; but still said I would like a confirmation phone call to verify the part had come in so again I don't waste my time.... They never called- so I didn't make the drive... would you? A month later, with the issue still happening every day multiple times a day and NEVER receiving a phone call from the Service Adviser, I finally called- " her response "you're on my list of people to call whose parts are in"... oh well thanks for the information. I scheduled an appointment to drop off my vehicle with no rental available even though it was warranty what I was having done. I pick it back up and I am 700 feet from the dealership and the check engine light comes on again! I call her and she is "shocked that would happen" but it was definitely all fake. They weren't going to have any vehicles for a rental until the following week. Luckily I was going out of town and my car was going to sit there so it didn't make a huge deal. So here we are on the 3rd service visit dropping off my vehicle on Monday night, I get a call 3 days later on Friday stating the technician has had to open a case with Chrysler because they don't know how to fix it and neither does Chrysler. Mind you, again, I am not 5.5 months pregnant and being told theres a major issue with your car but we can't fix it..... oh no big deal! My husband and I go up to the Dealership on Saturday exploring our options. Mark the VP of Customer Relations told us to call Chrysler ourselves and open a case due to lemon law in NC after the 3rd time its been in a shop. He told us we needed to play hardball but do what they tell us to and cooperate. So I did. Magically the service department called me the next Monday and said my car will be fixed and they'd call me when I can pick it up. They called Tuesday or Wednesday (can't remember exactly) and magically my car had been fixed. The case manager at Chrysler called me and I told him what Brooks had said about my car and the Chrysler case manager said "do not pick up your car we do not have record of it being fixed or validating the fix". Ok fine by me I'll keep driving this V8 gas guzzling mini van a few more days. Well, here is when the fun stuff happened! I've followed every direction Chrysler has given me and Mark the VP of customer relations. So when Chrysler said don't pick up your vehicle I didn't....Well, the dealership didn't like that idea. They called and text messaged me threatening to report the rental vehicle stolen (I still have the text messages from Mark and the General Manager Luke) as well as the voicemails. Apparently my safety isn't there concern and they just wanted their rental vehicle back. Well, here I am 3 weeks roughly after picking up the vehicle and it still has major mechanical issues- Clearly they didn't fix anything! Still in talks with Chrysler themselves, but here I am paying on a vehicle I don't drive because its never been properly fixed....but its my fault! More
