WORST EXPERIENCE I'VE HAD I've bought around 20 new cars over the years. I have NEVER had more of a headache buying a new car than I have with this dealership. The customer service is terrible and my paperwork had to be redone 3 times. Usually a car dealership knows more about selling a car than the person purchasing. Not in this case. Save yourself a headache and buy from a dealership that actually wants to sell you a car. This dealership is completely unprofessional. I will never purchase anything from there again. I will actually be contacting the owner to complain.TERRIBLE!!!!!! More

Stopped at the "Express Service Lane" for simple Extremely Poor Customer Service! I Have had Jeeps for over 20 years this place is by far the worst. Stopped at the "Express Service Lane" for simple oil change. I was told by service rep "The guys were picking up trash" and were not available to change my oil. I could make an appointment and come back later. SO, Trash takes a higher priority than paying customers at this dealership. Nothing Express about this place. I was also there to talk about trading for a newer Jeep but if this is the service treatment I could expect I will pass ...... I will definitely find another dealer to do business with! More

Then the awesome dealer experience becomes a typical dealer experience. I have, however, bought many vehicles from them and thanks to all the other Dodge dealers doc fees I will continue to buy cars from Steve White. They advertise no doc fees and half the hold back and they stick to that AND no dealer add ons. Truly a great deal dealership without all the crazy negotiations. I must also say their parts department is the best in the country. Period. This dealership would have got 5 stars if it wasnt for the greed factor on the Hellcats and the one time I drove all the way there only to find they did not have the car there that they just told me to come up and take a look at in person thus wasting my whole day. However, despite these two things, their sales tactics are so good I am willing to overlook these things and will buy from them again I am sure. More

Steve White Motors was recommended by a friend who bought a vehicle from this dealership. Bruce Lee was my salesperson. From the start he was professional and at no time pressured me into buying a vehicle. I asked him for a specific truck that I wanted that no dealership in Ohio could find. I think I asked him 30 questions about the process before I even agreed to follow through with purchase contract. I assured him I would NOT take delivery of the vehicle if there was any type of damage including scratches and dents. He told me he wouldn't take a truck like that either if he was buying a car. This made me more skeptical because I felt this was going way to easy. So I received a final price on a Dodge Ram 2500 which was $2000 less than any truck in my area. Although like I said I wanted a specific color motor and model. We then discussed a trade in I had. I provided him a description of the condition of my car and the VIN. They called me in less than an hour and offered me a very good trade in value. After that we discussed delivery of my truck. The truck delivery was exciting but I still felt like at any time the deal was going to cost me more money somewhere. The truck arrived on a flatbed and was completely detailed. I pay attention to detail. The straps that held the truck to the trailor had pads to prevent scratching the rims. Wayne the delivery guy was great. He had the contract exactly the way Bruce and I discussed. He took my trade and that part was done. Days later I was waiting for Bruce to call and say he wouldnt give me the amount of money he said originally. Well I took the initiative to call him. He said everythibg was fine. I had to give a deposite of $200 before delivery. I received that back in a few days after the delivery. Bruce assured me this would be the least stressful car purchase I ever make. I am a very difficult person to satisfy but this was the best car buying experience I ever had. I dont usually write reviews but when businesses are superior in customer satisfaction I like to give credit to those companies. Thanks to Bruce Lee/Lisa/Wayne. You guys are great! Not performing services that they say they are doing. I have names of who I dealt with each time in this incident, but have left the names out of my review. Was to have my vehicle back 3 hours later. They were supposed to replace a fuel door which is about 45 minutes, and they were to diagnose a cylinder 2 misfire engine code that showed up 50 miles after my last service when they updated the PCM. They told me they had to do a compression/leak down test on cylinder #2 and it would be a couple hours later that what my pickup time should have been. 4 hours after my pickup time I was able to get my Jeep back. They had my vehicle for 7 +hours. The engine compartment looks like no one touched anything. They claim it is a 1-2 hour job to do the compression test, but it is really like a one hour job. The day after my service I contacted the dealership to talk to the service manager, and my calls were never returned. I also posted on their website asking for someone to contact me, and they never did. Finally 13 days later, I got someone to call me back and I eventually asked them for the paperwork of what was done during this compression test so I can take my vehicle to get a second opinion. Once I asked to be able to go get a second opinion I was told the Service Manager wanted to talk to me about my case. I was on hold for over 30 minutes that time, then I was told that the Service Manager would call me back. About 2.5 hours later the Service Manager called me back, and told me that since I do not have confidence in their diagnosis, that it would be best if I took my vehicle to another dealership to get my service done. They have basically blacklisted me from this dealership, because I requested to go get a second opinion and wanted my original paperwork and test results to compare the new diagnosis to. More

Living in Southern Calif. and buying a car in Hickory NC seems ill advised. Usually everyone comes to California to buy cars. I read reviews about your Dealership before my purchase and felt it was less risky. My Sublime Charger arrived and i was extremely satisfied with it's overall condition, actually it was as nice as i was hoping for and I am very picky when it comes to cars. Truly it is in amazing condition. Thanks for not over promising and under delivering. The car is beautiful and the transaction was straight forward. Thank you very much. Bought a 2015 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited X Edition online I had been looking for over a year at used and new Jeep Wrangler Unlimited and found a Jeep that had everything I wanted at Steve White and it was on I had been looking for over a year at used and new Jeep Wrangler Unlimited and found a Jeep that had everything I wanted at Steve White and it was on Ebay. I called and talked to Ryan. The Jeep was below other dealerships and we had our eye on another which was about 1300 cheaper. But in the end I went with the X edition and called back and talked with Mike McGirk. He remembered our deal from a few days before and honored it and I bought the car. It was delivered to my driveway and very little time lost by me and little paperwork. The delivery drivers were very patient and nice. Great purchase experience. More
