Steve White Volkswagen Audi - Greenville

I brought my 2017 Q7 to Audi Greenville on 10/24 to get it looked over, and my advisor, Bret, turned it into an oil change. The estimate I got at check-in was $115.50. I paid $232.49. When I asked why it cost so much more than the Volkswagen dealer in Florence, which charges me about $120 with the same oil, Bret said they put more oil in the car. I was told my 10% voucher would apply to the service. It only came off labor ($10.50), which just canceled out the $10.50 shop supplies fee. The things I actually came in for got brushed off. When I asked about oil consumption and a B12 ring soak, Bret said he didn’t want to recommend maintenance because the engine would need replacing eventually, even after I told him I plan to keep the car and maintain it. Their own inspection says no leaks and nothing needing immediate replacement. I asked which part of the under tray was torn and never got an answer. I brought my headlight screw and asked them to put it in. They wouldn’t. High prices, no real answers, and a voucher that didn’t do what I was told. I won’t be back for service. More
