We're committed to providing high quality customer service, but based on your DealerRater.com review, you did not share that experience. That is, of course, very disappointing to me, and through this program we have the opportunity to work with you to resolve any issues with your experience at their dealership. I understand that you spent 5 hours at the dealership, but in that time, we weren't able to secure financing and you felt misled that we had done so already. there isn't really anything you can do, i don't guess. i have to drive an hour out of my way, first of all, to get to your dealership, now, i'm out of that gas, AND i have to go back there monday, and put more gas in my car. i even worked in YOUR favor about the price for the car i wanted, paying extra a month for an extended warranty. i have NEVER had this problem with ANY other car dealerahip in my time. if you couldn't secure my finance, then how come you're salesman made me sign all of the paperwork for everything, and put gas in the car i was gonna buy, then hand me the keys? you don't do that to people and then make them further wait, if your finanace manager told me he couldn't get ahold of someone in the first place, i would have saved 3 hours of my day off today. now it's just wasted.
