I negotiated the price and got everything arranged several days before I flew down to South Carolina to buy the car. The staff was amazing! I have never had a better car buying experience. Everyone I dealt with at the dealership went above and beyond. They were very friendly and never used any pressure sales tactics. The Audi Q5 was in perfect condition. Karmeka and the staff had prepared everything ahead of time so that I was finished with the purchase within minutes. They even added on a front license plate at no charge because it is required by law in Washington DC. Joe Sullivan gave me a great tutorial of how everything in the car worked. Before I knew it, I was on my way home in my beautiful new car. I noticed that the Audi Q5 didn't include a rear privacy cover. Joe and Karmeka got in touch with the previous owners and had the privacy cover shipped to me in DC. Every time I have had to contact the dealer after the sale, they have been just as great and courteous as they were before the sale. They even checked up on me to see how everything was working out. I can't say enough good things about Steve White Audi and their staff. I wish I lived closer so that they could be the Audi dealer I go to routinely. I would do it all over again in a heartbeat and highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a new or used Audi. More
My Salesperson was awesome. His name is Mike Oxley. I would only deal with him again. I have purchsed many vehichles at many dealerships, and he is by far the best. They did not try to sell me anything extra- at all, unless I asked about it. Then they gave me the truth, and left the decisions to me. I did have to bring my vw in for service because of a sensor problem. Although I was upset about this, being that it was only one month old, they gave me a brand new car to drive while getting fixed. Neal was my service technician, he kept me posted, and made sure it was fixed correctly before he called to say I could pick it up. He was also very respectful, and helpful. 2009 Jetta Wagon developed ticking noise while I was 900 miles from home. This was the closest dealership, so I brought them the car. The process was very smooth and easy. I had a freak accident at the dealer the day I picked up my car and it was handled wonderfully by the staff. They showed concern and professionalism throughout the entire ordeal. Will held onto the car for me until I was able to come back and I did the paperwork and drove the beautiful machine home! The financing process was quick and easy to follow, I appreciate the dedication the Steve White team has to their customers! Will took the time to help me understand the difference in all of the Volkswagon models. He was very courteous, and helpful. I know he spent in excess of 10 hours trying to find the exact color and option package that she wanted. He called me everyday keeping me updated on what was available at other dealers. When we picked the car up, Will spent more than 1 hour with both me and my daughter going over the features of the car and explained in detail scheduling service on line. Will even followed up with two phone calls after the sale making sure that we had no further questions about the car. More
