He needs a code of conduct training and learn etiquette and tact when speaking to women... humans in general. I am spending money a lot of money, this is not the waffle house, I am not "lil lady..." He needs to learn to talk in a professional way, not demeaning. While we closed my 4th deal, thanks to Lisa, last night I was unsure I would return.
