I bought a certified used Tiguan from this dealership. I was very pleased with the buying process. However, I recently been having continued issues with my car. They have not been helpful. I have brought my car in for service 4 time for the same two issues that have still yet to be resolved. I have felt dismissed. The service department has been unhelpful in resolving my continued issues, or offering any solutions whatsoever. Very disappointed in the service department. More
