Took in for service. Service took over 5 hrs vs 3. Not prepared to do what I needed. Who ever made the appt did not communicate to service depth. Also requested a rental Service took over 5 hrs vs 3. Not prepared to do what I needed. Who ever made the appt did not communicate to service depth. Also requested a rental at the time of appointment as I drove 1.5 hours for appt. Said she would look into it but most likely would call me an Uber to go where I wanted. Instead my husband followed. When I got a call saying it was going to be another hour and a half vs the 3 hrs I sent husband home and sat in service area. One of my request was never handled as I needed to get out of there. I was also told that the color that was wearing on my driver's seat was in Audis eyes wear and tear when it was restrained after 2 years by Audi of Fort Myers. No questions asked. My service representative was very curious and I realize he was not made aware from my initial call what I also needed looked at. My vehicle was Audi Q7 3 liter Quatro 2019. Which I leased in Florida but bought it back from this dealership. More
