We have 2 different Audi models and have had both cars serviced here since 2017. We needed an oil change for our 2018 A5 model. Initially worked with Kal, who immediately tried to upsell services we did serviced here since 2017. We needed an oil change for our 2018 A5 model. Initially worked with Kal, who immediately tried to upsell services we did not need. A leak in the thermostat was found, which Kal quoted us $2,000 to fix. Only asking why wasn't this covered under our extended Audi warranty were we told that this was now going to be covered under the warranty. Hunter checked us out and was a pleasure to deal with, as well as gave us great information on the work that was performed. Unfortunately, we cannot help but feeling Kal was trying to bill us for something beyond the oil change and didn't have the customer's well-being as the priority. We will continue to bring our vehicles to be serviced at Audi but will prefer to not have Kal handle our business. More
Totally disappointed, I don't think we'll ever bother buying another car from Steve White again. We bought a 2 year old VW Tiguan and paid extra for the full blown, all inclusive mega super extended w buying another car from Steve White again. I made a service appointment online, but when I arrived, they had no record of it. I waited for 2-3 hours before the service tech told me the software update my car needed would take at least 8 hours and th they had no record of it. I waited for 2-3 hours before the service tech told me the software update my car needed would take at least 8 hours and they’d need to keep my car overnight. At least the gave me a loaner. Have yet to receive warranty paperwork he promised to email. More
