Avoid Audi dealership at all costs. Came in to view cars listed on website and was directed to salesperson, Tony. Had multiple cars - new & used on lot, but, ALLEGEDLY, the ne Came in to view cars listed on website and was directed to salesperson, Tony. Had multiple cars - new & used on lot, but, ALLEGEDLY, the new ones were all sold, or other “issues”. (Btw- had to go back the following week- the new ones were still there)! Ultimately, guided into used, and coached as best value based on “warranty”. Tony seemed nice enough initially, when sale was in process, but once deal was in process, saw complete different side. Not first time buying car- new or used- and had feeling to leave, but didn’t. Big regret. What happened next became a nightmare. Finance manager was pretty rude throughout. Claimed he couldn't work w my pre-approved finance company- another flag that I should have left, especially since I had a pending deal at a different dealer elsewhere, with more inventory. Finance mgr, in midst of transaction, said GAP was a MUST must to get financed, though not required per paperwork, nor was it required with my finance company. I wanted AUDI CARE and he denied my need for it. Go fig. Traded car into them, which they didn’t finalize on their end, yet they quickly sold or traded elsewhere. However, it was not closed out with my former finance company for roughly 2 months. To avoid taking hit on credit, i continued payments on old vehicle at same time. Save yourself the hassle! We (Wife and I) drove up from Sandy Springs,Ga Eddie was the best we actually worked on the deal on the way to the dealership.
