Had an oil change today with synthetic oil. They put a reminder sticker on my windshield like most all dealers/service centers, but the return milage was 5,000 miles. I have had a synthetic oil change at reminder sticker on my windshield like most all dealers/service centers, but the return milage was 5,000 miles. I have had a synthetic oil change at other dealers and major auto service centers and they all use 10,000 miles between service. I can't figure that out other than Steve White wants customers to schedule unnecessary services to increase their revenue with this deceptive practice. I could be wrong. Maybe they use a different synthetic oil. Everyone I interacted with was very nice. Unfortunately I left with a uneasy feeling seeing the windshield sticker reminder. Maybe they will call me to explain their intentions. More

On November 27, my wife and I decided to check out the Sign then drive event at Steve White VW in Greenville SC. I was interested in a 2020 Jetta SEL. But after a little negotiation I settled on a Jetta S Sign then drive event at Steve White VW in Greenville SC. I was interested in a 2020 Jetta SEL. But after a little negotiation I settled on a Jetta SE instead. The car still has 85% of everything that I wanted and I felt like I still got a great deal from them. The sales team made it painless and easy. My buddy Ron has sold me two cars now and both times he has been excellent. If you are looking for a sales person with integrity and someone who knows his business. Ask for Ron at the door and tell him Jamal sent you.
