10K service, March 30 Very hard to believe they did not wash my Passat after the service. They said the machine was broken. When I requested tire rotation for the 10K miles, they wanted to charge me $27 and said tire rotation is only recommended. I wanted to ride with one of the service specialist since I identified a weird noise when accelerating my car. Nobody rode with me and only said the scanning did not identified any issue. Very disappointing experience. More

Nice dealership with friendly people. Audi in Atlanta is considered to be a prestigious dealership unlike this one. I understand that the car was going to the auction if nobody purchased it with 22 days bu considered to be a prestigious dealership unlike this one. I understand that the car was going to the auction if nobody purchased it with 22 days but since I purchased it within the 22 days it should have been at least service and detailed. The reps gave me a lame excuse for the car to look the way it did. The carpet was filthy and the engine was dirty and grimy. I did purchase the car but I would never deal with steve white audi again .. thanks More
