10K service, March 30 Very hard to believe they did not wash my Passat after the service. They said the machine was broken. When I requested tire rotation for the 10K miles, they wanted to charge me $27 and said tire rotation is only recommended. I wanted to ride with one of the service specialist since I identified a weird noise when accelerating my car. Nobody rode with me and only said the scanning did not identified any issue. Very disappointing experience. More
