While test driving a used car, I noticed the low tire light was on for one of the tires. I ended up purchasing the car and was told the tire was fixed. Two days later I find 2 nails in the tire. Called t light was on for one of the tires. I ended up purchasing the car and was told the tire was fixed. Two days later I find 2 nails in the tire. Called the dealership back and they said to bring it in and they would help us out. Once I arrived I was rudely told I couldn’t prove the car came that way and I could have run over the nails since I bought the car. While that is very true, why did you tell me to come in? Why didn’t you tell me on the phone that you would not help? I get that it’s a business, but the way I was rudely treated will make me never to bring any business here again! More
