They don't live up to their promises I recently purchased a BMW X5 and was told that there were two keys included with the vehicle. I was informed that they couldn't find the second key, but I was assured that they would find it and send it to me. It has been several weeks now and she stopped responding to my inquiries regarding the key. These keys are over $300 and now I will need to purchase one myself. More
